Slow Down Miss.....

These words I will not soon forget as the nice Indiana State Police officer said them to me after he pulled me over today for going 55 in a 35. He asked for my information then said he was giving me a warning and slow down. I was lucky again this week I guess WOW. I was on my way to an appointment and going a little to fast, after this happended nothing really else during the day excited me too much. I went to lunch by myself and ran some errands and Patrick came over to the office this pm and hung out for a few. I mowed the yard tonight after I got home from work. My friend Teresa told me today that she and her mom had decided to go to Florida for on the 4th to the 13 and then she is leaving for Hawaii on the 18th of July. I can't believe another vacation without an Important person ME, this insanity has to stop!!!. I am off work until Wednesday, I hope everyone has a great weekend. Drive Safe!!!--Stacey Out---

My Last Few Days...

I just have not had a lot to say, nothing to talk about and nothing going on so I think to myself why bore myself and everyone else but now its been 3 days and I'm starting to forget so thought I'd better write something.....

Monday June 26, 2006-- I got up went to work and worked in the office till lunch, Patrick came over and did some work on our computers then he, Christie, Statia,Karla and I had lunch at Garfields. I came back to the office and had some appointments out of the office after lunch. I came home and it stormed and I just watched a movie on tv.

Tuesday June 27, 2006-- I went into workand cleaned up my desk and around today and mChristie and I had lunch at Arby's I came home and went to Cody's little league game. It started late because we had storms again but in the tournament they have a 2 hours time limit ,THANK GOODNESS-LOL. They lost but they have another game.

Wednesday June 28,2006-- I got up went into work and left a little before 10 am for our annual lunchen for work Tara and Christie rode over to Muncie with me. I was a greeter for the meeting ,I greeted at the door showed people to their seats basically I was the "hostess with the mostess- lol" . We had lunch and here are some pictures and I had the carrot cake but they all looked good . I came back to our office about 3 pm and left soon after for some appointments out of town. I got home , you guessed it before it stormed again. I think that is about it..---Stacey Out---

A Busy Weekend

Saturday June 24, 2006-- I got up around 8 and hung around the house for a while then ran some errands in town. Mom and I went to muncie and took some things to Goodwill, went to some shops had lunch and I got my car washed at Clancy's. We then came home and mom went down to the bank and I went down to the ballpark and caught the last few innings of Austin's tournament game, he lost so thats it , but I guess he's playing all stars so there will be more. We decided to go to the movies and went and saw The Lake House with Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock. It was pretty good. We stopped at the grocery and I also went to the CVS today and picked up the meds that the dermatologist had perscribed for me and can you believe that 2 of them cost 300 dollars with my insurance I had to pay 40 for both but WOW.

Sunday June 25, 2006-- I got up and went to church. My cousin Halle's birthday party was today at my Aunts, It was a beautiful day the pool was finally ready and I enjoyed the day hanging out by the pool getting some sun and being with the family which is always such a JOY, well most of the time, hahaha. My cousin Angie, Jodi and I took a ride around town in Jodi's convertible and saw all the hot spots that took about a hot second, and then came back and swam and had ice cream and cake. We came home and I enjoyed James' music show at Patrick's. I hope everyone has a great week.--Stacey Out--

Football and Baseball

Friday June 23, 2006-- I got up went into work and had a couple of appointments out of the office after lunch but before them Christie Karla and I went to lunch at our Mexican place. I stopped at this Colts tour thing on my way home from work, I read about it in the paper today and just stopped to check it out and see what it was, I took a few pictures. There are a couple of colts players in the picature but i don't know who(lol ) . I spoke to Patrick for a few minutes on the way home and told him I picked up a poster for him and I knew the first thing he would ask , any pictures of the colts cheerleaders,(hahaha). I got home changed clothes real fast and went down to Austin's little league game. He pitched again and my dad even went down to watch. All I can say is DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA. There were protests, coaches argueing with each other and the umpire and the ambulance even had to be called because a player got hit with the ball and knocked out.In between all of that a game was played and Austin's team lost. Happy First Day Of Summer

Happy longest day of the year!! Summer is here and it showed today hot and humid. I got up went into work and spent the morning in the office, I went to lunch by myself and picked up my winnings, I got a 100 dollar gift card. I had one appointment out of the office after lunch. I went to Austin's little league game after work and they won 9 to 8 and play again on Friday. I came home a took a shower , yes I said SHOWER. I probably have not taken one in a year and really not sure what all the fuss is all about, not really fond of them. GIVE ME BUBBLES!!!!.--Stacey Out--

I Am Lucky !!

Monday June 19, 2006-- I got up and went to work and had an appt. out of the office this morning and then Statia, Christie and I went to pizza King for Dinner. I spent the afternoon in the office and then had an appt. out of town after hours so I got home later than usual. I got home and it stormed poured down rain and hailed.

Tuesday Jue 20, 2006-- I was off work today and had an early(7:30 am) appointment at the dermatoligist. I went there got a couple of meds for my scalp to try and came home. My mother , grandmother and I went to Indianapolis and looked around shopped ate lunch and came home and when I got home there was a message on our answering machine that I had won the prize at a store in the mall's grand opening sale, I think it was for a 100 dollars and I guess I will go tomorrow and pick it up. I also had a Vacation Bible school meeting tonight , I can't believe it is about time for that again. Well I am back to work tomorrow and I have to start the day out of town.--Stacey Out--

Happy Father's Day

Happy Sunday to You!!! I got up and went to church came home and changed clothes and went down and helped mom at the bank. I then took my grandfather down his father's day gift, a card reader for his digital camera. I hooked it up got it running and put all the pictures they have taken on it on the computer, I think he really loves it. My dad already got his golf shoes last week and I am going to take him to a Cincinnati Red's game he has never been to the new stadium so I getting tickets to a game in July I think. We all got ready and along with my grandparents went over to Muncie and ate at Damon's my dad and grandfather like it and they could watch the US open golf on the big screen. We came home and my cousin Angie rode her bike to our house and hung out for while. I think that's about it today. It's raining right now and maybe storm later. Oh No Another Shopping Day!!!

Hi --- I got up this morning and my cousin Angie called and said that my cousins were playing tennis and baseball this am , but I was getting around slow today and did not make it to either one. I ventured out about 10:30 and went to the bank, post office got gas and visited the grandparents for a few minutes. I remembered that there was a flea market downtown this weekend so I ran down to see if they had anything . They had a lot of the eye make-up I wear for 3 for 5 $ so I bought a few. I came home talked to Teresa on my new ear piece and she needed to go to verizon for a problem with her cell phone battery and I needed too also I can't send picture messages so we went to the verizon store in Muncie,they fixed both our problems and then we went across the street and ate at Cheeseburger in Paradise. It was great we sat out on the patio and watched the summer heat air show. We also shopped just a little(haha) we stopped at Big Lots, and then the Mall and I bought just a few things-- here is a picture, and of course all on clearance you know me!!. We left the mall about 8:30 and decided to get some ice cream at the place next door to Patrick's. I called him and left a message that we were coming, I pulled into the ice cream place and he came over met us and we all sat out on the picnic table and had a nice conversation and ice cream, they did'nt have my favorite "cake batter" but the stawberry was excellent. Today Was A "Pleasure"

Good Friday to You!! Wow what a hot and sunny day!!! I got up and went to work like always , I worked in the office till lunchtime and then Statia, Christie and I ran some errands . We went to Marshalls and looked around and then we went to "Pleasures" and by the name you can tell it was THAT type of store. We walked in and they were buying whips, chains , hand cuffs and some things I not sure what they are for or where they actually go!! OK just kidding Statia had to pick up a bachelorette party gift, but I was kinda eyeing the french maid outfit(hahahaha, do you think its me?) Well after we left the pleasure palace we stopped at taco bell for lunch then went back to office. I had one appointment out of the office today and them we home changed clothes and went down to watch austin's little league game he pitched again and they won again. A Long Day

I was out of the house today from 7:30am till 9:30 pm ---- I got up and went to work and had appointments in and out of the office today and several out of town this pm. Statia , Christie and I had lunch at a new Quizno's that opened up and it was very good. I left work and stopped and got my nails done at a new place"tip and toe nails" I thought they did a good job and I was in and out in about an hour. The color this time "cajun shrimp". I let my nails dry for a few then left and went straight to the ball park and watched cody play he pitched some, got a couple of hits and they won 25-8. Those games take FOREVER!!!. Happy Flag Day-- Hope you are letting old glory fly if you have a flag today. I got up and went into work and worked in the office till lunch and then had one appt. out of the office this pm. I went to arby's for lunch and sat and read what my grandmother calls a gossip magazine and caught up on everything , Brad and the baby Brittany, jessica. I came home from work and got my hair cut. I ran home changed clothes and went down to the ball park for Austin's little league game. He pitched tonight and struck out the first 8 batters and got 2 triples. What better way to spend flag day then watching an all amercian game. I came home and helped mom at the bank. My New Gizmo

Monday June 12, 2006-- I will make this short and sweet . I went into work and worked in the office all day. Christie, Statia, Patrick and I went to lunch at our Mexican place. I came home and went to my monthly Church meeting. I got home about 8:15 and took a bath and relaxed.

Tuesday June 13, 2006--- I got up and went to work. I worked in the office till lunch and then ran some errands. I went to the office max store and got my grandfather a card reader for his digital camera so he can put pictures on his computer. He is so hard to buy things for and I think he will use it . I got it for fathers day. I then went to the verizon store and got a blue tooth for my phone. Its red !!. The guy set it up for me and showed me how to use it, I left there and used it to answer a call, make a call and even used voice dialing but I could not figure how to turn it off. I had some appts. out of town after lunch and on my way home I just stopped back by the verizon store and the guy showed me how to turn it off again. You wait till the light turns blue then red or is it red to blue( oh no !!! lol lol). I came home and mowed the yard cooked steaks out on the grill then helped mom at the bank. A Quiet Sunday

It was cool and rainey day , it does not look like the middle of June. I got up and went to church. I came home changed clothes and helped mom at the bank and put some more songs on my ipod and phone( Patrick and Carol, Sorry but Personal Jesus is gone!!!.) Friday June 9, 2006- I worked in the office most of the day and had a couple of appointments at the nursing home on my way home. I came home and stayed around for a few then went over to sulphur Springs and watched Austin play little league. I came home and just hung out and watched a new tv show and relaxed.

Saturday June 10, 2006- I got up today about 8 and just hung around and watched the rain come dowm until about noon. We decided to go to Indianapolis and shop and you know my Dad must be looking for something to do because he went along it might be because I told him I would buy him some new golf shoes he wanted for father's day and he wanted to pick them out(lol). We started out at Golf Galexy and then to Indiana golf and ended up following in Patrick's footsteps from yesterday and went into Castleton mall . Dad found just what he wanted at Dick's. I ran into Macy's and looked around found a couple of things and then we went to O'Charley's for dinner and now I am home watching a movie on HBO. The fair ends tonight so I guess I will need to look for something exciting to do at night again hmmmmm--Stacey Out--

Oh No The Fair Again

Wednesday June 7, 2006-- I went into work and stayed in the office until lunch then was out of the office the entire afternoon out of town, I stopped at subway for a sandwich then went on to my appointments. I came home hung out for a few minutes then went down to the fair to work in the church booth we sold "walking taco's" , I think I sold 7. I stayed for the drawing and won nothing and had my elephant ear and a lemon shake-up. It was a stormy day today but it was a nice evening at the fair.

Thursday June 8, 2006-- I was in and out of the offie today with appointments in town and went to lunch at Wendy's ran some errands and had my advisory council meeting this pm. I went home and helped cut the grass and went down to the fair for one last ime for the fireworks. It was a nice display and hung out with my cousin and aunt and stayed to about 10:45 came home and I think I'm done with the fair for this year.---Stacey Out--

Big Fun At The Fair

Wow it was another beautiful day here in Indiana. I got up and went to work. I had lunch today at taco bell with Statia, Christie, and Karla and then I had appointments out of the office most of the afternoon. I got home changed clothes real fast and dad and I picked up my grandfather and we all went out to the regional baseball game. I thinked he really liked seeing his great grandsons play and he himself was a pitcher and was drafted by the Reds in the 40's but went to war and lost his chance to play in the major leagues. They lost 6-0 and we came home and I went down to the fair and met up with the cousins at the fire station in town where we had bbq chicken and then headed to the fair. We watched the kids ride and boy did they love it Brady just balled when he had to leave. I ran into lots of old friends and even a couple of old boyfriends man do they look old(lol lol). I came home about 10:45 pm wow what a long but fun day, think I will do it again tomorrow night!!!!--Stacey Out-- Here are some pictures of the boys on the rides

The Fair Is In Town!!!!

BIG week in M-town!!! 51 weeks a year this is the MOST boring town and the side walks roll up at dark but this week the fair's in town and the town comes alive with music, rides, games parades and my favorite lemon shake ups, it is awsome to run into old friends have somewhere to go and something to do. I LOVE this week. I did not go tonight but will be down at the fair the next 3 nights. I went back to work today and it was ok lots of loose ends and calls etc to return. I had lunch today with Christie and Statia , I really missed my crew for lunch(lol). I worked in the office today and stopped and washed the car and took back a video on my way home. I gor home talked to Teresa for a few she is having a rummage sale this week, making money for her hawaii trip I bet wish I needed to do that and I also talked to Patrick on the phone an that was nice . Relay For Life

It was a beautiful Saturday, It was sunny and close to 8o. I got up early this am and picked up my grandmother and took her to New Castle Indiana to the high school so she could take part in the Relay for Life cancer walk for cancer survivors. My uncle joe has fault and beat bladder cancer and he and my aunt are part of the team to put on the walk. We got there and my grandmother put on a purple survivor t-shirt. The walk was around the high school track and the cancer survivors took the first trip around at 9 am it was a very moving experience to see all the people walking some in wheel chairs on walkers , with hair and without. I walked with my grandmother just in case she did not make it all the way around the track one time but she did. We left there stopped and ate breakfast and shopped a bit at Goody's then went home. I hung around for a few changed clothes and my parents and I went to my cousin Chase's graduation open house. It was a nice time outside under a tent with family and friends and I saw my aunt Evelyn who I had not seen since October when she left for Florida. We came home and I ran to Anderson and got a couple of movies, well that is about it OH WAIT!!! I was in the paper again , this time on the front page at the cancer survivor dinner from last night, I think I have a stalker at the New Castle paper(lol ) This is some pictures of the walk today my aunt and uncle are in the orange shirts holding the banner.

Another Vacation Day

I woke up the am sick again, headache just not feeling good. I have not been feeling good for the last couple of weeks, not sure why sinus or allergies but I know I am sick of it, sorry I am usually not one to complain and whine. I got to feeling better about noon and went to the post office and bank and ran to Muncie and took a couple of things back to the mall, I got a call from my cousin Angie while shopping and she asked me to pick up plaid shorts for Cody he really really wanted a pair for some reason so I found a pair at Old Navy. We stopped at angie's and dropped off the shorts on the way home from Muncie. I came home and changed clothes picked up my grandmother and we went to a cancer survivor dinner at New Castle. It was really nice speakers were good and the people's stories of struggle and healing were very touching. The dinner was'nt bad either. We came home about 8 pm and I dropped her off and went down to the ballpark to watch Austin play. It was tied 6-6- in the 4th when it started lighting so they called the game and I got to the car just before it started to pour down rain. It was in the front page of the sports page, I looked good of course(lol lol), but for some odd reason I only had on one flip flop and Teresa called me 1/2 hillbilly.

First Day Of June

Hi The 2 day annual conference is over, it was ok, learned some things, was bored some times, just glad it's over. I picked up Tara at 7:30 for the trip to Indianapolis today and got there about 8:30. We had speakers and presentations till about 3:30, then of course when we were ready to leave it started to pour down rain so hard it was hard to see, I got soaked and I had a umbrella. We started home and I called Teresa on the cell and made plans to meet her at Target in Anderson , she was going to go to the sectional baseball finals with me in Frankton. I picked her up dropped off Tara went into her house and changed clothes and then Teresa and I headed off to the sectional game, We won 5-2 and will now play in the regionals next weekend. It did not rain at all during the game and we even had our pictures taken by a local newspaper and they asked us our name to put with the picture so we will have to see what that looks like. We stopped on the way home and had some dinner at Gene's hotdog stand, it's a drive in with car hops, it was delicious. We stopped and shopped a while and came home and now relaxing. I am off work tomorrow so we will see what is going on during the day. I do have plans for the weekend for a change and have something to do and talk about.--Stacey Out--
