Pork Chop Dinner

Welcome to Friday, I am happy the weekend is here although not sure why no big plans. My dad left for Myrtle Beach today for a golf trip until Thursday so its just mom and me until then. He flew out of Dayton.I worked in Anderson today with appt, in town but out of the office for a lot of the day. I had lunch at our Mexican place with Christie and Patrick,we always have a fun time together. I got a call today from mom while at work today saying that my grandmother had an extra ticket to a pork chop dinner at the church across the street from ours and mom said that my grandmother really wanted me to go with her so I said ok. I went to dinner with my grandmother and 2 of her friends and I know that you would think that me hanging with three 80 yr old ladies would be boring but you have not met the ladies . No secret is safe with them around, they know everything about everyone in town. They told me who is getting divorced, who is dating who, who is sleeping with who and who is mad at who. They caught me up on ALL the gossip in town, no one was safe from them. Life in a small town. I came home talked to Patrick on his fancy new phone while he downloaded new music for his collection then helped mom at the bank. I have now had my bubble bath and just relaxing.
