Memorial Day 'Weekend

What a beautiful weekend here in Indiana, It was hot and sunny and finally feels like summer, I just wish my aunt's pool was ready, but its close maybe tomorrow....

Saturday 5-27-06-- I got up and ran some errands in town like the bank and the post office and stopped and visited my grandparents and then I picked up my mother and we went shopping in Muncie. We went to TJ Maxx and the mall. I got a couple of things on sale, not really a lot. A funny thing did happen on the way home from shopping we were about 1/2 way home on the country road we always take and we were stopped at a stop sign and this car comes flying around the corner and just about hit us and my mom says what a "Dumb Butt, but she did not say butt" and I said that Dumb Butt is your brother . My uncle was driving and did not even notice it was us and then my mom grabs my phone calls their cell phone and yells at her "little brother" who is 59, it was so funny. We got home from Muncie and then mom, dad and I went to see Davinci Code . Mom and I loved it and Dad hated it. I really made you think it talked about history, religion, fact and fiction, Jesus having a child , hmmmmm what do you think?

Sunday May 28 , 2006-- I got up and went to Church came home and helped mom clean the bank and then came home and listened to the Indy 500 on the radio, see it is blocked out here because we have Indianapolis TV stations. We went out to the cemetary in town and placed some flowers on my grandmothers grave and some others then came home and went to Anderson for some dinner and went to another movie Failure to Launch with Sara Jessica Parker and Matthew (can't spell his last name) . It was about parents who hire some girl to get their adult son out of the house. Do you think my parents are thinking of hiring some guy to get me out? All I know is he better have big closets(hahaha). We stopped at the grocery and came home. I had a great weekend and hope your Memorial Day is a good one.--Stacey Out--
